Video Ambushing – John Sweeney

Article in the guardian about John Sweeney being caught by ‘video ambushing’, where organisations being investigated turn the camera on the film makers. It’s interesting to see a reporter not so keen on some of the tactics he uses himself in his own method of provocative interviewing… I wonder if we could use any of this methodology in our work, a kind of shock way of putting businesses in the role of the customer to illustrate failings in how they offer customer service for instance, not quite sure how it would work…
